By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. Eligibility HEMI AI Health is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and clinical staff. By using the App, you confirm that: •You are a clinician or healthcare professional authorised to handle patient information. •You will use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards in Malaysia, the UK, or your jurisdiction. 2. Purpose of the App HEMI AI Health provides AI-powered tools, including: •Voice-to-text transcription for clinical documentation •Automated generation of consultation notes, discharge summaries, referral letters, and MDT reports •Clinical knowledge assistance Disclaimer: HEMI AI Health is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. The App provides support tools but final responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, and patient care rests with the clinician. 3. User Responsibilities When using HEMI AI Health, you agree to: •Ensure that any patient data entered is lawful, accurate, and handled in line with your professional duties. •Obtain necessary consent from patients where required. •Not misuse the App for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorised purposes. •Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and account. 4. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. 9. Governing Law •For users in Malaysia, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. •For users in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
